Stop re-teaching AI your business every morning
A generic chat box forgets your prices, your policies and your customers the moment you close the tab. The AI worth having already knows them.

Most AI forgets everything you just said.
You open a chat. You paste in your price list. You explain the return policy, the service area, the tone you like. Then you close the tab, and none of it stuck. Tomorrow you do it all again.
That is the real cost of a generic assistant. Not the subscription, the setup tax you pay every single session.
The tools are moving toward the business
Anthropic’s Claude for Small Business package wires the assistant straight into the tools an owner already runs: QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. It reads the actual invoices and customers instead of waiting for someone to retype them. Anthropic’s stated reason for building it is that small businesses make up 44 percent of US GDP and employ nearly half the private-sector workforce, and their AI adoption has lagged because the tools were built for enterprises, not five-person shops.
The payoff is measurable. Intuit’s 2026 AI Impact Report, a survey of more than 34,000 small and midsize business owners, found 77 percent of US small businesses now use AI regularly, up from 48 percent in July 2024. Among them, 78 percent say it has improved productivity and 43 percent say it has increased revenue.
Three moves that make the setup happen once
- Connect the tools you actually use: accounting, email, calendar, the place your customers live. One-time setup.
- Give the assistant your real records and your written rules: prices, policies, what it may never promise.
- Ask it in one sentence and get real output, without the preamble.
Where this fits
For a team, this is the Internal Assistant: an assistant over your own documents that cites the page it found the answer on, on your permissions. For the daily grind it is the Back-Office Agents, each with one narrow job and written rules, installed on your accounts. Either way the setup happens once, and after that the AI knows the business instead of you teaching it from scratch every morning.
