What deployed means

Every quote names a done-when check: the thing you will see working on a real screen, with your own data, on your own accounts. A missed call gets a text. A statement comes back reconciled. The morning brief lands in your inbox. When that check passes, the system is deployed.

When the money comes back

If something stands in the way, we work on it first. If, after that, we both agree it cannot be deployed, the whole fee comes back within 7 days of that agreement. We do not keep money for a system that does not work.

What it does not cover

A bug is not a failed deployment. Bugs found while we build and during the first month are ours to fix. And a system that has passed its done-when check is deployed, even if you later decide you no longer need it. A monthly plan can be stopped whenever you like.

The first month, where we run the system with you and teach your team to run it alone, is part of every quote. Every account is in your name, and you can remove our access in one click at any time.
