The content here is general information about our services and about putting AI to work in a service business. It is not professional advice for your company; the free audit is where that starts. Blog posts link to their sources, and we are not responsible for the content of other sites. You are welcome to share or quote anything here with a link back.

Working with us

This is a plain summary. The written quote you sign sets the full terms of any project, and where the two differ, the quote wins.

• Every project is quoted as one fixed price, in writing, for one company. Payment terms are set out in the quote.
• Systems are built on your own accounts. You own the system, the code and the accounts; we are invited in as a collaborator and can be removed in one click.
• Every system comes with a plain-language manual, a rules document, and a first month where we run it with you and teach your team to run it alone.
• After that month you choose: run it yourself, or leave it with us on a monthly plan and switch back whenever you like.
• Deployed, or every dollar back. The terms are on the guarantee page.

The free audit

The audit call and the Audit Report are free, with no obligation to buy anything.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
