Who we are

Northcote Labs is run by Joseph Northcote in State College, Pennsylvania. Questions about this page go to northcotelabs@gmail.com.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the two forms on this site: your name, email, company website, your phone number if you give one, and your message. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, trackers or ads. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, arrange the call and write your Audit Report. We never sell it, never share it for anyone else’s marketing, and never add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it is kept

Form entries are stored in our database at Supabase and arrive in our inbox at Google, and you get an email confirming we have them. If you book a call, Calendly handles the booking under its own privacy policy. Calls may be recorded and transcribed by a notetaker so the report can be written; say so on the call and it is turned off.

How long we keep it

We keep form entries and call notes while we are in touch. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.

When we work for you

Client systems are installed on your own accounts. We are invited in as a collaborator with the narrowest role the work needs, and you can remove that access in one click. Your data stays in your accounts, in a region you choose, and we keep no copy of it after handover. The full terms, including every provider that touches your data, are in the data handling document that comes with every quote.
