The problem
Every company has a Maria: the one person who knows where the policy is, what the exception was, and why the form changed in 2023. When Maria is on vacation the answer waits. When Maria leaves, it is gone.
The product
An assistant that answers from your documents and cites the page it found the answer on. Team-facing by default, on your permissions, so people see only what they are allowed to see. A customer-facing door can be added later, with a narrower set of documents behind it.

Your document store: Drive, SharePoint, Notion, a folder of PDFs. Claude. A retrieval index in an account you own. Your sign-in.
How it runs
Three to four weeks. When it cannot find a source, it says so instead of guessing.
